Ingredients

  • 43 g. So I mixed together
  • 43 g icing sugar
  • 43 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 55 g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • I melted
  • 60 g butter
  • 75 g plain flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 5 for approx 7
  • 8 minutes When it was done, I immediately flipped it out onto some baking paper and peeled off the paper on the top to reveal the pattern
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • lime
  • 300 g icing sugar
