  • 110 g brown rice flour
  • 3/4 cup
  • 60 g quinoa flour
  • 1/2 cup
  • 30 g arrowroot
  • 1/4 cup
  • 30 g cacao powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 80 ml maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml aquafaba
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 120 ml rice milk
  • 100 g cranberries
  • 1 cup
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100 g Amore di Mona bulk chocolate
  • 2 cubes
  • 11-12 shapes Sandwich
  • 2 together with a generous dollop of cranberry jam
