  • 100 g of butter, chopped into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons cold milk / water
  • 200 g of good quality milk chocolate
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Cointreau / Brandy
  • 1 egg 3 egg yolks
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 160 g of blanched hazelnuts
  • 100 g of castor sugar
