  • Medium Onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove of Garlic (grated)
  • 2 heaped teaspoons of curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 Star Anise
  • Pinch ground Cumin
  • ½ cup Peas
