Ingredients

  • 3- For Marinade
  • 1 tbsp
  • rice vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Cornflour -
  • 4- For the sauce
  • 2 tbsp Five-spice powder - 2 tsp Finely chopped spring onions - 3 tbsp Chinese rock sugar or granulated sugar - 3 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry - 3 tbsp Chicken stock - 150ml
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried grated orange peel
  • 2 tbsp Chinese black rice vinegar or cider vinegar
