Ingredients

  • 1 packet filo pastry
  • 1 duck leg
  • 1/2 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 5 spice powder, 1 tsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame oil, 1 tsp Nam pla (fish sauce) 1/2 tsp 1. Defrost the filo pastry sheets
  • 3. Mix the spice, soy sauce, sesame oil and nam pla together and rub into the duck leg
  • 4. Cook the duck leg for at least
