  • 2 TBSP Cornflour
  • 150 ml Chicken Stock
  • 3 TBSP Soy Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Sesame Oil
  • 4 Chicken Breasts, chopped into large chunks
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic, chopped
  • 1 thumb size Piece of Ginger, chopped
  • 1 Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 tin Water Chestnuts, drained
  • 100 g Cashew Nuts
  • 2 Spring Onions, chopped
