China Bowl Egg Roll In A Bowl

Ingredients

  • Main Dish
  • 16 Oz Ground Turkey
  • 13 Oz Ground Pork
  • 6 Oz Thinly Sliced Celery
  • 10 0 z Bite Size Broccoli
  • 2 Oz Grated Carrot
  • 20 Oz Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Soya Sauce/or/ Coconut Seasoning
  • 1 Oz Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Chilly Flakes To Taste
  • Onion Powder To Taste

  • Toppings
  • 1 Oz Green Onions
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

    1. Brown ground turkey and ground pork in a large pan on med high stiring constantly. Do not drain.

    2. Add celery, broccoli and cook for 1-2min.

    3. Add carrot. Cook for 1-2 min.

    4. Add garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, onion powder. Stir.

    5. Add cabbage, apple cider vinegar, soya sauce and cook until cabbage has wilted. Do not over cook. This should take no more than 5 min.

    Serve topped with fresh chopped green onion and sesame seeds. Or cilantro.

    (drizzle on any no. of Asian style sauces of your choosing) but be sure to add the calories and macros of any add ons.
