Ingredients

  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 2-3 tbsp of pine nuts
  • 1 pack of
  • 100 g of Cashew Nuts
  • 1 tsp Garlic puree
  • 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
  • 150 mls of water
  • 3. Add the vegetables to a dish along with the rest of the ingredients
  • 5. Add to the vegetables, mix and enjoy
