Here i am with another fusion dish for you all. Here the Indian chickentikkamasala is having a love affair with the Italian pasta, aah what a lovely pair they make
Chickentikkamasala is one of my all time favourite meals- I know it’s not a proper curry, but there’s a reason that it’s become one of Britain’s best loved dishes
Stir everything to combine and our chickentikkamasala is done. My chickentikkas were made by marinading chicken breast chunks in lots of spices, lemon juice and double cream
Chickentikkamasala is as Indian and as non-Indian you can get at the same time. Red bell pepper adds a lovely flavor profile to the tikka curry, but you can use onlychicken if you don’t have bell peppers

ChickenTikkaMasala was a British invention. Skewer up the chicken chunks, interspersing them with lemon wedges and chunks of green or yellow chilli, but don’t squash them together too much
The rice is crispy on top and in the centre, it’s perfectly cooked. None of the grains stick together and there is no need for fluffing it up, it already is
