Ingredients

  • 1 tray
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • ½ preserved lemon
  • 237 ml water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8-10 green olives
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 20-25 minutes Stir in the olives and cook for a further
  • 5 minutes In a separate pan, fry the almonds until they begin to brown slightly
