Pull the stems off the mushrooms in preparation for the filling. 4 Large flat bottom mushrooms. This is a great accompaniment to any meal or you could even have it as a starter
Add a few mushrooms and a dash of cream to make a luxurious creamy mushroom sauce to go with it. This is a really quick but totally delicious way of cooking chicken breasts
Sit the chicken thighs on top of the rice and chopped vegetables. In a jug add the red pesto sauce to the hot water together with the vegetable bouillon (if using) and mix well
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. While the chicken is cooking, mix together the garlic, balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a small jug
