Ingredients

  • 1 long red chilli, deseeded
  • 2 garlic cloved, peeled
  • inch pieces of ginger, peeled
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp of garam masala
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 4 cloves 2 large skinless chicked breast, cubed
  • 150 g split red lentils
  • 400 g tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 260 g of spinach leaves
  • seasoning to taste
  • olive oil for frying
