Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 thumb size piece of ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp oil, 1 for cooking, 2 for the paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 fresh green chilli, roughly chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp whole almonds
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, plus a few leaves to garnish
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt
  • 300 ml cold water
