Ingredients

  • For the stuffing
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 TBS chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 4 tsp chopped fresh sage leaves
  • fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 200 g of fresh soft white bread crumbs (about 3 1/2 cups)
  • chicken stock (about 120ml or half a cup)
