Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 ounces of artichoke hearts, drained well and chopped
  • 3 ounces of soft goats cheese
  • 2 tsp finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 fat clove of garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
  • of dried chili flakes
  • 12 slices of parma ham
  • 4 fresh tomatoes
  • 35 minutes until done
