Take the chickenbreasts, cut into the chicken across the sides to make pockets. A good recipe when you are having friends round, quick and easy to prepare and looks really appertising

I find when chicken is breaded so heavily it's very filling, using only the ParmaHamin this recipe means you're staying away from all those extra carbs and the ParmaHam crisps up lovely
