Ingredients

  • 8 skinless chicken drumsticks
  • 11 onion, finely sliced
  • 12 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 12 cups (480ml) of baby carrots
  • 12 cups (480ml) of baby potatoes, halved
  • 11 tin of baked beans
  • 12 cups (480ml) of chickens stock
  • 12 tbs of tomato paste
  • 11 tbs of paprika
  • 11 tsp of dried basil
  • 11 tsp of oregano
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 fresh chopped Italian parsley to decorateSelect Saute mode on Instant Pot
  • 1 Spray with spray oil
  • 1 Saute the onion and garlic to soften.
  • 1 Add all other ingredients
  • 1 Pressure cook for 20 mins and then let it do a natural pressure release.
  • 1 Serve topped with fresh chopped Italian Parsley and your choice of sides.
