Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets, each cut into 3 pieces Salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 shallots 80g bacon lardons
  • 8 mushrooms, cut in half
  • 20 g flour
  • 1 small glass white wine
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 ml chicken stock
  • 50 ml cream
  • Half teaspoon fresh thyme
  • Half teaspoon wholegrain mustard
  • Freshly chopped parsley to garnish
