  • 1 tin organic
  • 1-2 tins organic
  • coconut milk
  • 10 sprigs fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 fresh red chilli
  • finely diced
  • 1 good pinch
  • sea salt
  • 1 good pinch
  • ground black pepper
  • 1/2 juice lemon
  • 2 cups of basmati rice
  • 4 cups of water
