Heat the honey, oil and peanut butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until the peanut butter has melted. Mix well until combined. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until it is all combined. Spoon the mixture into the baking tray and cook for 15 minutes or until golden. Allow the flapjacks to cool completely before slicing.
