1600g potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced. 1400g bacon, all visible fat removed, roughly chopped. 1Brown the baconand onion in a pan using Frylite. 1Mix the sliced potatoes, broccoli, bacon & onions together in the dish and spread out into an even layer. 1Pour the stock over the potatoes, loosely cover with foil & bake in the oven for about 30-40 mins. 1Once the potatoes have softened, spoon over some of the stock then add the cheese & bake for a further 20 mins until browned

I make my meatball bake in a proper deep dish lasagne tray, because you can fill it up properly and you avoid the sauce bubbling over the top…you can use them to make deep dish brownies too for those not so on plan days

Frozen Peas (once you have emptied your sweetcorn fill the tin with peas and use that amount). Get your pasta cooking and then make a start on your sauce
Cheese to top (Slimming Worlders you can either syn it or use your HEx A). 4 slices bacon, chopped. Add onion, garlic andbaconand brown for 2 minutes. Add all other vegetables and cook for a further 5 minutes. Add the passata, stock, balsamic and bring to the boil then simmer for around 30 minutes, add more water if the sauce gets too thick. With about 10/15 minutes to go cook the pasta and whilst the pasta is cooking grab another pan and brown the chicken using frylight. Add all ingredients to your oven dish, top with cheese andbake for approx 20/30 minutes
