  • cup deep muffin tin,
  • 6 muffin cases
  • 6 oz (170g) Plain flour
  • tsp (2.5ml) Baking powder
  • tsp (2.5ml) Mustard powder
  • 2 oz
  • (55g) Unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • pint (150ml) Milk
  • 2 oz
  • (55g) Mature Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 oz
  • (80g) Chorizo, cubed
  • tbsp (15ml) Fresh basil leaves, shredded
