  • 85 g Plain Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 45 g Unsalted Butter, cubed
  • 80 g Strong Cheddar Cheese
  • 20 g Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • Food Processor
  • 5.5 cm Cookie Cutter (I used a fluted one)
