  • freshly chopped basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup minced garlic
  • 1-2 cloves
  • 500 g conchiglie pasta
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped basil leaves
