Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh mushrooms, finely chopped (use a mixture of any mushrooms)
  • finely chopped
  • 50 g dried mushrooms, rehydrated, drained and chopped
  • 1 large shallot, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • unsalted butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 15 minutes until the mushrooms start to break down and release their juice.
