Yes, there’s a smidgen prep to sear your meat first with some onion sauteing going on, but once that’s done, all you need to do is chuck everything in your pot and do your own thing, y’all
In a freezer bag or plastic bag add the chicken breast pieces with the cajun spice mix. Seal the bag and move the chicken around to coat all over with the flavouring
But if you want a little bit of naughtiness why not serve it with a sprinkling of cheese on top. Cajun Spice mix is a perfect seasoning for chicken, but a word of warning

Cover with greaseproof paper and bash the chickenwith a rolling pin to flatten it out. As always with Jamie’s “quick” meals, it took longer than he says but it was still doable in under half an hour and was quite delicious
If you have not had fajitas before, you simply spoon some of the chicken fajita mixture into the centre of a warm tortilla and top with the salsa, guacanole and yogurt, then fold up the tortilla to enclose the filling and enjoy
I use the Schwartz seasoning in pretty much every Cajun dish that I make (see my Creamy CajunChicken Pasta here) and I could have easily just rubbed the burger in some seasoning and left it at that
