Ingredients

  • 1/2 a butter
  • 1/2 a cauliflower
  • 1 tin of chickpeas
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tin of tomatoes
  • 1/2 tin of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 mins or till tender.
