  • 400 g cooked gammon, cut into pieces
  • 14 teaspoons oil
  • 11 onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 11 garlic clove peeled and finely chopped
  • 11 large carrot, peeled and diced
  • 11 celery stick, diced
  • 11 small glass red wine
  • 12 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves chopped
  • 11 tablespoon tomato purée
  • 12 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1300 ml hot ham or chicken stock
  • 11 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1600 g leftover roast potatoes or mash
  • 1400 g leftover cabbage or spring greens
