  • 150 g sunflower oil
  • 100 g flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 30 g sunflower seeds plus 10g for topping
  • 15 g pumpkin seed plus 10g for topping
  • 25 g buckwheat
  • 30 g quinoa
  • 15 g linseed
  • 70 g raisins
  • 60 g blueberries/cranberry mix
  • 50 g agave syrup plus 1 tsp for topping
