Ingredients

  • 2 small sweet potatoes, skinned & chopped
  • 1 red or yellow peper, sliced
  • 2-3 stalks celery
  • 1.5 cans black beans*
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 gloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 500-800 ml vegetable stock**
