Ingredients

  • 220 g White pudding, diced
  • 320 g Black pudding, diced
  • 750 g Meat mince, we used pork
  • 1 kg Charlotte potatoes (or any waxy spud), sliced
  • 2 x Onions, sliced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 x Smoked bacon rashers, diced
  • 2 x Spring onions, sliced for garnish.
  • 1 x Stock cube
  • 1 tsp Dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour, mixed with water to make a slurry
