Ingredients

  • 2 lamb loin
  • 4 breads
  • 00 pizza flour
  • 30 g fine semolina
  • 10 g salt
  • 15 g dried yeast
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 320 ml water
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp garam masala or curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 spring onions chopped
  • 8 baby plum tomatoes
  • 1 small yellow pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small bunch coriander
  • squeeze of lime
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • 1 clove garlic

  • habanero sauce
