Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 300 g (10oz) caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • 1½ teaspoon white wine vinegar
  •  
  • For the topping
  • 300 ml double cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate - melted
  • 80 g raspberries
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 60 g strawberries
