  • 50 g Caster sugar
  • 50 g Butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 150 ml tepid milk
  • 175 g raisins
  • 50 g chopped candied peel
  • zest of 1 lemon 100g Icing sugar
  • 2 tsp Hot water
  • Glace Cherries, to decorate
