5oz of braising beef. 1400g of baby potatoes, halved. 1salt and black pepperSpray a deep pot over a medium heat with spray oil. 1Add the coriander, cloves, cardamom pods, garam masala and chopped tomatoes along with the beef and stir till well coated. 1Add the potatoes for the last 30 minutes of cooking time. 1Season as needed with salt and black pepper. 1Serve with your choice of sides
So this is a 'massaman style' curry, as it probably isn't that authentic (you know me, I don't get bogged down with that stuff, if it tastes good and didn't bring me out in hives making it, then it's all good as far as I'm concerned)
