  • 2 oz self raising flour
  • 2 oz plain flour
  • 1 oz goats butter
  • 2.5 fl oz goats milk
  • 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 1 tbsp flour (any type) for dusting hands and worktop
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 1 large carrot (diced)
  • 1 x stick of celery (diced)
  • 1 x red onion
  • 2 tbsp beef or onion gravy granules
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup of water
