Ingredients

  • 750 g lean stewing beef, visible fat removed, cut into chunks
  • 2 large onions, roughly chopped
  • 450 g carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 level tbsp plain flour salt
  • 200 ml hot beef stock
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 400 g canned baked beans
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 160 C fan
  • 4 Place the beef, onion, carrots and flour into a baking dish
