  • 450 g diced beef casserole steak
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 beef Oxo cubes
  • 1½ tbsp McDougalls plain flour
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 500 ml water
  • 400 g sweet potato, peeled and grated
