  • 125 g, light brown soft sugar
  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs 150 g self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 50 g all butter fudge pieces
  • 12 pieces banana chips, for decoration (optional)

  • For the buttercream icing
  • 55 g unsalted butter
  • 25 g good quality cocoa powder
  • 230 g icing sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
