Ingredients

  • For the cakes
  • 100 g Self Raising Flour
  • 100 g Golden Caster Sugar
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.

  • For the icing
  • 500 g Icing Sugar sieved
  • 160 g Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1-1 ½ teaspoons of Almond Extract, add more/less depending on your taste
  • 1-5 tablespoons milk
  •  
  • To decorate
  • 100 g Raspberry Jam
  • 25 g Flaked almonds
