Ingredients

  • 1 decent size sweet potato, washed, leave peel on
  • ½ tin of chickpeas
  • 7 sundried tomatoes
  • ½ cup
  • ½ tsp of smoked paprika
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • 45 min until it is soft right the way through.
