Ingredients

  • 2 aubergines
  • 2-3 table spoon
  • s pesto
  • 1/2 tea spoon
  • dried chilli flakes
  • 60 g feta cheese
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 200 degrees for
  • 25-30 minutes or until the aubergine has softened andthe feta browned
