  • 1 KG of fish (any white fish, fish fillets or fish on the bone, I prefer less fishy fish)
  • 1/2 KG of Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Large Pepper
  • Medium Bunch of Parsley
  • 1 Can of Coconut milk (get 2 just in case)
  • 1 or 2 pack of king prawns
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Palm Oil (The Key ingredient, found in most shops in London, , Also make sure to get one that’s from Sustainable sources)
  • Salt, Black Pepper
  • 1 Lime Optional, Cashew Nuts, gives it a nice texture
