Ingredients

  • 1 kg of beef
  • 5 cm chunks
  • 3 big carrots peeled and chopped
  • 2 parsnips peeled and chopped
  • 8 baby onions
  • 1 oxo beef cube
  • 330 ml
  • 100 g of plain flour
  • 2 bay leaves

  • 175 g self raising flour
  • 75 g shredded beef suet
  • 2 level teaspoon
  • 130 degrees celcius
