A few weeks ago I stumbled across a recipe for Caramel Crunch Brownies by Donna Hay. The thought of a rich chocolate brownie topped with a gooey and delicious caramel filling and then the added crunchy texture was just too good to resist, and I was at the supermarket the next day buying the ingredients

with it being so light you don't feel guilty munching your away through half a loaf. I did however have some hazelnuts, so the hazelnut crunch madeira cake was born
They dont look like pork chops, do they. I have never coated chops before, but it is quite tasty. The sauce is so tasty, drizzled all over the crispy chops
