Anotherweek in the tent of dreams, and anotherbake that usually wouldn't phase me. My mistake was in chopping surplus pastry off before the blind bakerather than after, and it shrunk down the sides ofthe tin
You can skip this stage and put the whole pieces ofapple in the dish you’re going to bakethe crumble in if you prefer – but the larger pieces put R off so this works better for us
