Full of autumnal flavours this is perfect as the weather turns colder, I’ve bought the flavours and textures of a classic applecrumbleand mixed them with an utterly amazing cheesecake…and boy does it work
In a small saucepan add your apples, half of your sweetener, your water and your cinnamon and simmer over a low heat until the apples have soften somewhat and slightly stewed
Place the chopped apples, sugar and water in a large saucepan. At this stage, you can let the applecrumble cool and cover and store in the fridge until you’re ready to bake it
