  • 225 g self raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 25 g caster sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 tablespoon demerara sugar
