Ingredients

  • round Cinnamon
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Demerara Sugar in a saucepan over medium heat
  • 120 g Plain Flour
  • 60 g Caster Sugar
  • 60 g Butter
  • 300 g peeled and chopped
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Demerara Sugar
  • 115 g Blackberries
  • round Cinnamon
  • Hot Custard
  • 300 g. Put the butter and sugar in a pan and cook until you have a light caramel
  • 3 minutes Add the apples and cook for
  • 3 minutes Stir in the blackberries and cinnamon before cooking for
  • 3 minutes Take off the heat and let them mixture sit in the warm pan for
  • 10 minutes at Gas Mark
  • 190 C until the crumble is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling
